Evidence can be very difficult, especially Heresay
this book had over 100 MBE Mult Choice Question and answer, most of them dealt with Heresay. Very Very helpful,(along with law in a flash flash cards) I did every question, and reviewed the ones I got wrong.

I love the Siegel's series. The book contains over 100 MC questions and 24 essay questions. This a great source to use to get you ready and feeling comfortable for your final. I recommend reading the E&E before doing these questions. If you read the E&E you will be very familiar with evidence as a whole and doing the practice questions will help to further refine your knowledge for your exam.

I agree with the raving reviews. The book has real bar and bar-like questions that really test every area of evidence. After going over all the Multiple Choice questions I felt confident going into my Evidence final. Sample answers and explanations are also very good.

I used this supplement to prepare for my evidence exam. It was a very helpful tool. The multiple choice questions were reasonable. All but 5 of the explanations for the multiple choice problems were useful. Those 5 were a bit confusing and contradictory. I found the short answer questions to be extremely helpful.
