Either you bought the correct make & model and were happy with the price - or you don't know how to order circuit breakers and got mad.
Me, i was the former -- but again, hard to review a circuit breaker -- "It correctly stops the flow of electricity when you click off"

I guess if it didn't work right, i would get electrocuted and not be able to write a review - so keep that in mind if it's all 4 or 5 stars for this item

This is a good quality 35 amp breaker. I used this in my panel to replace a 25 amp breaker as part of an upgrade of the air conditioning system. This saved about $500.00 over having an electrician do the work.

This is very easy to install, but requires some knowledge of electricity. In my case, I turned off the main breaker and then removed the panel over the breakers. The old break just pulls out after the wires are detached at the screws. The new breaker gets put in the space from the old breaker. Basically, it clips on one side and slide over the other end. Then the wires for the breakers are attached. The breaker may stick a little but should just pry out.

Since the whole panel is powered down, there is little danger.

HOWEVER: When the panel is removed, the incoming power lines are bolted above the main breaker. Even though the breaker is off, there is still incoming power above that breaker, which is not covered in any way. Putting a tool or your hand on those wires will kill you! I would not attempt to install this myself if I did not have some experience with household current.

Writing this review seems to be the only way to stop Amazon from repeatedly asking that I write a product review. I installed it. It works. It's black, and matched all the other breakers in the panel.

Purchasing at a local hardware store, or at the big box building supply outlet is always tough. If the item is available, usually the price is out of line. If not available, even though it may be ordered, it is usually delayed by shipping.

I don't know how Amazon does it, but shipping, even standard shipping is always prompt, and the description and images make buying the right product a snap.

As far as how it works, have to wait till the house burns down! Siemens is a leader in quality and performance.

Recently switched my house's load center out with Siemens gear and added a Siemens Generator-ready panel (check it out - probably cheaper than a transfer switch for portable generators and far more versatile). Anyway, there's no way you can test breakers in your house, so you basically have to trust the company that makes them. This is a company that's been building quality products for over 150 years. When it comes to my money and house, this is a best value. Good pricing from Amazon - better selection than the big box stores. I'll continue buying my Siemens switchgear from Amazon because of that. One note: These are sold as interchangable with other load centers. Siemens doesn't recommend that and the warranty may not be honored if you do use another's breaker in a Siemens panel or vice-versa. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great fit and finish. Nice and snug fit in the panel. Siemens is known for great products. The switching feels substantial, but not overly tight.
