Marine motor support for I/O type motors,

Its an ok motor support but it was a little short. Care needs to be taken when installing on the hydro lifters. My hydros have caps over the connecting elbows to minimize corrosion. When I lowered the motor to be supported the motor supports broke the elbow caps.

Exactly what I needed, and not easy to find!
The Mercury clips say they can be trimmed to fit Volvo, but since they are larger diameter, they will not stay on the cylinder rods. These are great. Only one came with the boat, so I am guessing that is all you need, and now I have a "spare." |
