The best container for liquid that I've used. While other no-leak containers always seem to leak, this one does not. I can throw it in my computer bag without a care.

However, since the container is made from aluminum, it transfers heat well. If you put cold water in it, you'll soon have room-temperature water.

I love my blue 0.6L Sigg water bottle. It's a great size for carrying around everywhere, and the deep blue color is to die for. It's light. It doesn't retain taste and smells from last month's fruit punch (as my last Nalgene-style bottle did, despite repeated washings and bleachings!). I've done everything I can think of to test it for leakage or taste transference, and it has proven itself worthy of my $20 every time. My only worry is with the exterior finish, which is meant to be durable but perhaps isn't. One faceplant on the concrete and my Sigg has a nasty scuff right through the paint on the bottom edge. The product info says such scuffs, come by so easily, are likely to invite further damage to the surrounding paint. I'm not overly thrilled with that prediction. Quibble aside, it's a lovely bottle, the loop-top screw cap is very convenient for carrying, and I am confident that my borrowed textbooks are safe while it's bumping around in my backpack with them. I highly recommend Sigg bottles.

I bought this water bottle a few months back and about a week in the lining on the inside of the mouth started to peel. I contacted their customer support and they said they would replace it, but I had to ship it to them out of my own pocket. They gave me an RMA number and everything so it seemed to be going fine.

It has been about two months now and they are ignoring every effort I make to contact them via email, phone, etc.. I have sent emails to several different addresses of theirs and still no response, still no water bottle. Absolutely terrible customer support and who knows if I can every get my water bottle replaced.

This is an upscale designer water bottle, top of the line in every way. The designs of Sigg's water bottles are gorgeous, from the plain, solid color bottles (like this one), to others with intricate designs. I switched from regular plastic water bottles because of health concerns, even though I thought a permanent bottle like this would take more work to maintain. These do necessitate regular cleaning (I clean mine every day), but having something so beautiful to drink from makes the cleaning less of a chore. Sort of like my rings, glasses, and watch, I now consider my Sigg personal water bottle a vital accessory, reminding me to drink more water, making a statement about my values, and expressing myself with a special design.

Sigg of Switzerland water bottles are very high quality, made of light aluminum on the outside, slightly insulated, and covered with a special powder coat on the inside that prevents any leaching whatsoever, unlike plastic and polycarbonate water bottles. They are light, durable, and perfect for any activity. Well water tastes spectacular in these bottles, just like from the tap. They do dent if dropped on a hard surface at a particular angle, but Sigg fans (including me) view this as a type of "seasoning", so that your bottle acquires character. The dents are on the outside layer of the bottle, not the inside layer and so don't interfere with any functionality.

Sigg bottles come with several different types of tops. This bottle has a screw top, which I prefer. I don't mind unscrewing the top when I want a drink. It is totally leak proof, which is important to me. The top is pretty and can be hooked onto a carabineer. If you ever lose the top, you can buy them separately.

Sigg makes their personal water bottle in many sizes.

I didnt buy it for its trendy looks, altho it is nice looking. But I bought it for its ability to be recycled.
Some say the paint chips if you drop it, thats true altho no big deal to me. I'd rather have less paint from the getgo, on it as thats makes it even more eco-friendly.
The bottle will "sweat" with ice cold water in it so could get things wet in your purse/ backpack etc.

But the bottle itself does NOT leak.

Also if you ride a bicycle with it, you have to stop & unscrew the cover to get a drink, not like the squeeze bottles in which you could continue to ride & drink.

I love this bottle because it does not have any smells or odors after continuous refills. Keeps the water really cold. Does not fit in car cup holders. Only other problem was how Amazon packaged the product. I bought 2 bottles and there was no foam wrapping between the 2 bottles. No major dents on the bottles, but some scratches and visible line marks.

I don't say the cap is odd because of it's built-in carabiner support, but because if you fill it just a tad too much, you'll inadvertently create a "bubble" underneath the cap for when you open it, will pop and leak fluid everywhere. I learned the hard way, and now only fill the bottle up a certain amount before putting the cap on.

The bottle does keep liquids insulated nicely, but if you want liquids to stay hot/cold for longer, get an insulated sleeve that will fit this bottle.

I like the integrated carabiner/clip loop, as it allows for the bottle to be properly secured to a bookbag, or anything that a hook can be hooked to.

It feels like it was built with quality in mind, as I don't think I will be worrying about it falling & cracking or denting. It's easy to clean, doesn't leech into drinks, and is BPA free!
