Common Sense for Humanizing the Business Environment and Making Change from the Inside Out,
By Kelly Jameson (also writes as Ann Kelly) (PA United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Six Sigma for Business Excellence (Hardcover)
This book makes a lot of sense. We are living in a time when businesses need not only to compete but to really understand their customers and to be good corporate neighbors. Complete with templates, summaries, and schematics of the SIPOC (suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customers) process, Six Sigma for Business Excellence can help managers drive quality within an organization. Driving performance from the inside out rather than from the top down makes a lot of sense, and Penelope Przekop presents Six Sigma in a clear, well-written manner. Highly recommended.
