Love these cards...,

I think these cards are great! We can't imagine life without baby sign language in our house. My son and I attend a Sign, Say & Play class each week and at 13 months he knows about 30+ signs. Now I am looking for new signs to continue to expand his 'vocabulary'. These cards were a good investment to expand our knowledge. The only drawback to these cards is that they aren't toddler friendly. My son has already bent a few cards.

These cards are excellent. Cards are big and instructions in back SIMPLE! I have started using some of the signs with my 6 month old and she is already signing back! Love it!

I think these cards are great - I love them - I love the description of the sign - I don't think think the picture description part is the best but the black and white part of of the description of the actually signing is perfect and understandable.

I ordered three sets of flash cards for my 2 year old son who has a severe verbal language delay. The cards are oversized, colorful and show on the opposite side an easy to follow picture and description of how to sign the word properly. The pictures are childlike which helps draw the attention of the youngster.I highly recommend these flash cards to any child who needs to sign as an alternate and/or additional means of communication.

I got several sets of these cards and I love all of them. I punched a hole in the top corner and put a binder ring on them. Now I can tote them around in my diaper bag! These are great and I love how many signs I'm going to be able to teach my LO!

I use these flashcards in my sign language classes I teach to babies, toddlers, children, adults, and special needs. Children love them, the cards have cute illustrations which keeps their interest.

I first purchased sets I and II for my first great-grandson. He's now two and still uses many of the signs his mom and dad taught him from these cards. He was able to ask for things long before he talked. And it's so darned cute to watch him. I also purchased sets I and II for my newest great-granddaughter because they were so successful with my first great-grandie. I highly recommend these cards as a wonderful teaching aid.

I purchased these flash cards to help my family learn ASL as I have two hard of hearing children who are learning at school. The children like the pictures and often look through them on their own practicing the signs. My one complaint is that some of them have been simplified to be easier for small children with poor motor skills and the card does not show the correct sign.

Worth the Money,

These cards are great for learning basic signs with your kids. Older kids learn fast from the cards, and toddlers enjoy them too, but be sure to laminate them because they bend and tear easily in toddlers' hands. The pictures can also be used for communication before the signs are memorized because a child can point to what they want by finding the picture card.

Sign Babies Cards/Subject Unclear in Picture,
This review is from: Sign Babies ASL Flash Cards, Set Two: Around the House (Cards)
I really think these cards were a rip off. The drawing of the baby in the cards is enormous so its really difficult for the child to see what word he or she is supposed to recognize or sign. Big waste of money.
