You can't judge a book by its cover. It is more of a pamphlet than a book. It wasn't printed very well,and is really nothing fancy. However the information was educational, and pertinate for someone in the sign business.

While the principles detailed in this booklet are good, the reproduction quality is quite low. It appears to be a 10th generation Xerox copy with low resolution and rough copy. Retypesetting would help this publication a lot.
