5.0 out of 5 stars great cd - looking forward to a full length album
As a huge Clutch fan, I was very happy with this little teaser. Neil sounds as great as ever. The rest of the band is just as tight, which isn't surprising since they are all from respectable bands. If you like Clutch, you will like this album. It is similar to their more recent work, but has its own uniqueness about it, too. Looking forward to a full length album...

3.0 out of 5 stars The new Blind Faith?
Good 1st effort from this supergroup. Maybe they can convince Stephen Stills to jam with them on their next SUPERSESSION.

Check out Mighty High...In Drug City while yer at it.

The Company Band is like an OCD experiment. Often brilliant, but not always. In this case, it works well as a rockin romp through a quick, 4 song jam. Neil Fallon features prominently on this album, so you might feel like you are listening to a Clutch album (not a bad thing). The music is less Space Rock and more straightforward rock with an almost Kings X sensibility to it. Not the greatest album or EP in the world, but i doubt you will turn it off either. Really good driving music, and the songs would work well on an Action Movie soundtrack as well. For $4, you might as well add this one to your collection. You will be happy to have it.

If you're reading this review I assume you are a Clutch fan. Although there are members of other bands in this band so, maybe not. "The Company Band" is Neil Fallon's other band. (I guess). All 4 songs are good. It definitley sounds like Clutch. So I think most Clutch fans will be happy with it.
