Easy to use, however this is just for 3 time use and then it costs 19.99 a year.

This app requires several things to work:
1) You will need to open up a SignEasy account (your account number so to speak is your email address).
2) It is best to be on WiFi while you are working with SignEasy as you need to go into this an create your eSignature with your finger, your Initials with your finger. These go on file with SignEasy and then you will be able to use them in documents.
3) Find the Word Doc, PDF file, text files etc that needs a signature, initials, date etc. Press the file with your finger. A menu appears that asks you what program to open this with so select SignEasy.
4) In SignEasy you will see the document and from there you will need to go to where you want the signature to be the initials, date, etc. Then go the pen icon on the top right of the screen and select one or all of these: Signature, Initials, Date, Text, Checkboxes. (These areas are the common areas on forms that you will fill out in a PDF form or Word Doc or even in a text file.
When you select the PEN ICON, you can write your signature then initials then. And I love the Checkboxes (checkmarks). they give you FOUR types: X, Bulls eye, Checkmark, and the star *.
5) What I love is the TEXT BOX. In the text box you can ADD comments to any open document. There is so much to like about this app, and it is a wonderful app for business. Why did I give it 3 stars? Because this FREE one is just FREE for 3 uses and then you will need to purchase the yearly subscription for 19.99 a year. For a business, this may be OK, for me, this is not OK.

I loved it, was able to use it right away for a complex document.

Even not being all that smart-phone savvy I was able to stumble my way through to using it and getting a transaction handled right away, in fact it was an emergency so that was great.

I don't like that you get a few uses and then have to pay, but I will say this: if you need this sort of thing routinely, then perhaps this is the thing for you, might be worth it.

I would suggest one feature I guess (it might be one that is available on the paid version, I don't know): on the text option on the drop down menu, it would be nice if "recently used text items" had some kind of drop down so you don't have to retype the same thing, or if there is a way to do that, make the UI more intuitive so users can access it.

Have a couple HUNDRED documents signed with SIGNEASY and have had absolutely NO Problems. This saves my company easily a thousand dollars a year in paper and ink. Customer signs, I save document as a draft and finish filling in the required info later... Plus I can send to several people thru email or Cloud services.

For those complaining about paying $20 a year for this service, if you purchased a tablet to use for Business then spending an additional $20 should be well worth the savings in paper and ink...

I have recommended it to several contractors and they all use it now...

I only gave 4 stars because it's not self explanatory, but once you watch the video it's easy as pie. You can even save more than one signature so different family members can use it. Very useful, I'm glad I downloaded it!
