1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible experience, September 5, 2004
This review is from: Signals and Systems: Analysis of Signals Through Linear Systems (Hardcover)
Not a good book at all as an introductory signal class. I'd suggest to use books by B.P Lath, and stay away from this book as far as possible.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bad book, select much better books by Laithi or Oppenheim, July 5, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Signals and Systems: Analysis of Signals Through Linear Systems (Hardcover)
Terrible book. Would recommend books such as Oppenheim's Signals and Systems or Laithi's Linear Systems and Signals.

A very good book on the subject that is easy to follow as a quick guide is Signals and Systems Made Ridiculously Simple
by Zoher Z. Karu.

Stay away from Roberts book if at all possible. Confuses even easy to understand topics.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this book if possible, November 7, 2005

This review is from: Signals and Systems: Analysis of Signals Through Linear Systems (Hardcover)
As a 3rd year EE student I have seen a lot of textbooks. This one is one of the worst textbooks I have seen. The topics covered by this book are very important but are explained very poorly. The explanations are longwinded and the few examples are far from useful. I would avoid this book if possible.
