"Signifyin Me" is richly filled with passion and vision; echoing the soul of African American poets before Jamie Walker while contributing her own raw truths. The honesty reflected in her words pierce the soul of you and leave you wanting more. I have revisited "Signifyin Me" many times in the quiet hours; finding something new each time. Jamie Walker's is definitely a voice commanding of attention and it compels us all to hearken to her words. Clearly, a star shines to the east and warms us all.
