She is writing about the natural kind and she has produced a book that is encyclopedic in scope. It has been 10 years since publication of the 1st edition of Signs of Fertility. The chapter on studies and statistics has been extensively updated. We know from these studies that natural family planning works well in a motivated, well-instructed population; and is a viable alternative to the artificial options. It has no side effects and does not interfere with natural bodily processes.
