Book Description

March 1, 2001
The Signs of God explores the importance of mystical consciousness at this time of global transition. In the depths of the heart is hidden the secret purpose of creation, which is the key to our present time of transformation. The work of the mystic is to make this key accessible to humanity, and so open the doors of revelation. The possibilities of the future are present but veiled, the joy of life is waiting to return. The mystic can help us to awaken to the oneness that is essential to life, and to recognize the signs of God that will guide us and reveal our true purpose.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Signs of GOD . . . by Llewllyn Vaughan-Lee, June 5, 2007
This review is from: The Signs of God (Paperback)
In the tradition of the Best of the Mystical Sufi Poets (which is saying a lot!), Certainly, Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee
is one of The Best and Most Gifted writers of this or any age. Of much that is rich and profound in Meaning
and Divine Inspiration, He gets right at the Direct Truth . . . 'The Real'! I would almost go so far as to say
THE SIGNS OF GOD by Llewllyn Vaughan-Lee . . . is a Grail of Literature with Miracle Potential!

The Sufis have always proclaimed an Inner Mystical Path of 'Divine Love' [described as Wine] as the Way to God!
In reading this, you begin to understand from the aspect of all religions . . . i.e. when Jesus turned
the Water into Wine . . . did he mean 'Divine Love'?

The Real Secret is within us . . . It must be Self Realized!!!

As God is . . . ' THE LOVER . . . THE BELOVED . . . and THE ECSTASY OF LOVE Itself!!!'
Ishq Allah Ma Abud Lillah!

5.0 out of 5 stars Life's hints...validated., January 7, 2010
This review is from: The Signs of God (Paperback)
A sense of the ineffable is ignited as we are reminded that everything we wake up to everyday is indeed holy. You are invited to look beneath the confusion and contradiction to see the signs to which they point. The book further explains how this is actually a needed ingredient!

One is pleased to find quotations from the great poets like Kipling, Yeats, and Rumi, alongside the examples of Christ and Moses. Let's just say that I was an athiest when I read this book and I still liked it! There is always something undeniable in the pages of this author.
