The person who invented this should be a millionaire by now. We've been using ours for over a year now and it works great! Nothing sticks to it. The bread or brownies or whatever just comes right out in one piece. We fold it up and stuff it in the drawer for storage, which doesn't hurt it a bit. Caveat - do not clean these silicone pans with a scrub brush or brillo pad b/c you will scratch the surface. Soak it in water a while and use a washcloth. Usually there is not that much stuck to it - only if you overbaked it and it's a sugary mixture, then a little bit may stick to it.

I *really* wanted to like this - the idea of eliminating the need for parchment to prevent sticking is most appealing, and space/weight are issues in my boat. But we have now used it twice (for bread) and both times, it smoked heavily with an acrid odor of plasticizers... setting off the smoke detector and driving us out of the house. I don't know the potential health impact of this, if any, but it certainly is not pleasant to be around.
I love silicone kitchen products and have quite a few, but this makes me nervous. We'll try it one more time for lower-temperature cooking, but never again at 500.
Added note: it is interesting to observe that at the moment (Feb 2012) the three most recent reviews are all 1-star and complain of smoke. I think somebody changed vendors... before buying this or anything like it, do some web searching on silicone bakeware smoking. There is a LOT of commentary out there, and apparently not all the plastics are the same.
(Another added note a few months later - 500 is pushing it for any silicone product, and is probably not specific to this brand. I've added a couple of stars accordingly... singling this one out as a smoker was not fair. The product description here does actually say 500 degrees, but a bit of research about silicone bakeware in general turns up more conservative numbers in the 428-475 range.)

bread releases easily
I use this to make banana bread. The bread releases quickly after baking. No greasing of the pan is required.
