Editorial Reviews

A classic tale of intrigue, set in the underbelly of the big city, follows the exploits of a down-and-out gumshoe trying to scratch out a living one case at a time. For Detective Cutter, life is a bowl of chili, but when a dame with gams to die for enters the picture, foul winds are sure to blow. Nazi agents, priceless gems and shady characters all add up to trouble with a capital Z. It's a gritty, pungent, aromatic, cinematic masterpiece, A real gas!

I bought this circa 2006, directly as a manufacture-to-order DVD from Indixflix, when Indieflix was a Seattle International Film Sponsor.

I haven't seen the film in years, but it was worth quite a few lowbrow laughs. As the description suggests, it's full of fart humor. Besides the fart humor, it's also a solid parody of the film noir genre. It was shot in Seattle.
