Mr. McCoy gives the reader straight talk about a horrific crime affecting not only the country, but the entire world. He is an expert on the growing epidemic of Identity Theft and offers viable ways to protect oneself and be prepared for what to do if one becomes a victim. Fantastic book by a true expert on the topic.

This book explains a lot of things about identity theft and how we think it can't happen to us.

This is exactly what I was looking for, so not a surprise. I had gone to hear Michael McCoy speak as a seminar for Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist like myself and knew I had to have his book. I've only been able to glance through it, but it's a definite must for my professional library. The fact that I could get it at a greatly discounted price was just icing on the cake.
