I bought this book because I had one of Mitch Carson's other products and liked how he just goes right to the point. He really has a knack for uncovering the principle behind the practice, making marketing strategies easy to understand. But before starting this book, I had one reservation- I wasn't sure just how applicable promotional items like pens could be to my home based business. After opening it and scanning through the first couple of chapters, I looked up and saw 2 prime examples of exactly what he was talking about, sitting there at my elbow: a coffee mug and a pen, both with promotional material on them that I felt connected to. Mitch clearly explains in this book why these work so well, but he doesn't stop there. The Silent Salesman also includes more general creative marketing principles with specific examples that I can apply to much more than just pens and mugs. I found this book well written, informative, and strongly recommend it.

I was looking for a new marketing tool for my business and I picked up Mitch Carson's book "The Silent Salesmen" and I couldn't put it down. Within days of me putting his program into play at my office my sales went up 22% now thats what I call a good book.
