5.0 out of 5 stars Yeah!, September 9, 2001
This review is from: Silent Striders & Black Furies (Werewolf: The Apocalypse: Tribe Novel, Book 2) (Mass Market Paperback)
Finally some good reading towards WtA. I loved how each novella zeros in on that tribe and yet keeps the big picture in view. Kinda bummed about some of the storylines. But at the end of the black furies novel, I am sitting at the edge of my seat wondering what's going to happen. If the other books at half as good as this one was, I will definitely love them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good! ;), May 31, 2007
This review is from: Silent Striders & Black Furies (Werewolf: The Apocalypse: Tribe Novel, Book 2) (Mass Market Paperback)
The first part, the SILENT STRIDERS, was a dream for me because Mephi is one of my fav characters of WEREWOLF, and I really enjoyed learning things about him. And also the relation she has with another member of the pack is really enjoyable to read.

And I really like that his sense of duty and his identity is what keeps him going at the end, when seems that all he cared about is lost.

The BLACK FURIES was also a great read too, because I get to know this tribe better, discarding my idea of them as just simple feminists. They have more common sense that I thought.

I loved the first story with the Silent Sriders. Great writeing, I didn't want to put it down.

I also like the Black Furies but I felt it lacked something. Great ending but the meat of the storie could have been better. I do recommend this book to any WW fan out their.
