Yes sir... It be tight, yo., June 1, 2002

Ok. Many Creedle reviews really don't do them justice; they're either bland, thoughtless, or discrediting. Creedle are much more than that. They infuse syncopated rhythms with unparalled polystructured professionalism. Their timing is extremely precise- to the point of mechanical nonchalance- and yet tremendously confusing at the same time. With their lead singer, the band takes an aggresive grunge/ alternative stance while Creedle's brilliant rhythm backbone elaborate upon the confusion being thrust from the main throat. By all means, Creedle is one of the best (if not "the" best) underground factions of troubadours California has ever birthed. It's a shame not all bands are blessed with such musicianship.

Giant swirling punk/funk opuses with samples and licks that'll make you wanna cry. Sounds like what Mr. Bungle would sound like if Beethoven wrote their songs.
BUY THIS ALBUM! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Wow and Wow., March 11, 2010
This review is from: Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars (Audio CD)
I picked this album up at a used cd store, not knowing what it was. It didnt' even have the back cover or front cover and this is the first time I've ever heard the name of the album when I clicked on Amazon.
That said, I listened to this album probably more than any other album ever. I listened to it so much it stopped playing. I always wondered what the hell i was listening to and at the time I couldn't find it on the interwebz. I had a sudden urge to find out about it and here I am. I thought the devil had sent me this album and I was brainwashed into repeated listenings for four years or so. Apparently, and i'm glad, that they are real people. and not demons from hell. It sure was fun wondering wtf I had purchased, i think I bought this album in 2001, maybe 2000, it's bothered me ever since.
its beyond creepy, i like it. alot. 13/13
sorry i told you a story instead of review the album, but even if i tried to tell you what this was, it wouldn't come close. it's like all music, ever, some how comes together to destroy your mind and claw out your face out. Yeah. exactly.
