I was so happy to find the Silica Gel on Amazon. I use it from time to time because my hair and nails are brittle at times and find it useful for that. It cools on contact so over the years I have also found it useful if I get a skin burn whether from sun or flame.

But, I also found that in taking it, it really settles my stomach when I get headaches. This was a great bonus. So now I keep it on hand for headaches and migraines as well. For this I take it either by itself or in conjunction with a digestive remedy.

I was introduced to this product while on a visit in Germany. It is absolutely wonderful. Great for correcting problems with hair and nails. I also received delivery a week earlier than listed - a nice added plus.

I now have used this product for over a month. I already feel that it is helping me. I have had severe degeneration of the neck vertebras and the product seems to help lubricate my vertabras thus helping with my neck movement and lessening the stiffness. I intend to continue using the product.

People - you must get this gel. I was at my wits end with these everlasting knots appearing on my face under the skin. You can't pop them and it seems as if they stay on your face forever. Out of desperation I tried this silica gel. It has only been about three weeks and I can see and feel a MAJOR difference in my skin. The old cystic acne has faded and there hasn't been any new ones! Yippee! I would advise any acne sufferer to try it. You won't be disappointed. Also, my skin used to be majorly oily. This has improved tremendously since starting the silica gel. I'm going to take it for three months, as suggested, then do a refresher every year for the same amount of time. This is the best my skin has looked in a long time. Now, I'm working on removing the acne scars with pure tamanu oil. They are slowly fading. Hope this helps someone else!

I received products in good shape except one of the measuring spoons was broken in half. I was able to glue it back together. I've been taking the product every day. My daughter told me it will take over a month to see any results. Hopefully I'll see improvement in June.
