Easy Double Boiler,

Finding an inexpensive double boiler isn't easy. This fits the bill perfectly. Easily stored, since it's not used daily -- most take up double space. It's rust free, ding free, easily cleaned, fits a wide variety of sauce pan sizes. The only bad thing about it is that only one was available when I ordered -- now my daughters are looking for excuses to borrow this one. Hope you can find one!

Having never used a product made from this new material I was a bit apprehensive but due to space constraints I decided to try it. The collapsible aspect of a double boiler was intriguing. I have made sauce with it twice now with great success and it is so versatile in that when it is done you can easily remove the bowl and place an appropriate place to hold it over. This material holds heat very well. I am impressed and have bought one for a friend also.
