Edit: Don't use this in a toaster oven--it will catch on fire. (No, you don't want to know how I know.) For toaster oven baking, use a silpat instead.

Original Review:

Rice flour baked goods stick to baking pans like you would not believe. If you're baking gluten-free, this is indispensable.

I used this to bake a gluten-free rice pizza crust in a toaster oven: it's the only thing that kept the crust from sticking to the pan; tinfoil, nope; wax paper, nope, and it melted into the crust--but this peeled right off.

This is really just a type of parchment paper--I was looking for something more substantial that is used in the UK. It's a good parchment paper, but it is definitely a type of paper. If you want the more substantial silicone sheets (like those used with Aga stoves), look for Bake-o-Glide (I did not find it until later).

This product is not what I expected. I must misunderstood what I was getting, however I will use them. I just cut them down to the size I need. They should have at least put them in a storage container.
