Got this for about $5 here after shipping. It easily slips on or off and provides a pretty thick protection for the sides and back. There are openings for all the slots, controls, and speakers except the volume & camera switches, which have covered buttons that work. The matte black color is good although the phone of course is prettier without it. I agree that the worst part is the difficulty at reaching the lock switch through the small slot because of the thickness of the silicone. Also, the handstrap has to come out through the front face opening instead of the tiny hole that's in the side of the case, but it still works ok. It attracts dust more quickly than the phone does. I think it's good when traveling or doing something active but otherwise the phone feels and works better without it.

This case is one of the best cases for Nokia XpressMusic 5800.

The phone fits perfect in it and provides good protection. It also comes with carvings for + - (volume) and Camera buttons so you can differ them.

This skin was a breeze to slip on, and it seems to easily come off when I need it to. That said, it also sticks tight when I *don't* want it to easily come off.

That's the good news. The bad news is not too bad:

- you'll need to think ahead if you're going to stick the plectrum and wrist strap on: feed that through the skin from the outside, thread it into the catch inside the XPressMusic's battery cover, then slip all the the skin around the phone. Tricky, but it can be done.

- access to the sides is not very easy: it's nice that you can still press the volume buttons, but annoying that you have to mash down hard to flip the unlock switch: the opening is too narrow and the skin is too thick. A little bit of trimming here would probably have saved on a lot of wear and tear.

Before I take my Nokia 5800 out into the real world, I wanted to make sure that my mini investment would be well protected, so in comes the Silicone Skin Case for my beloved Xpress Music from Nokia.

First, the case fit my phone very well. The rubber-like material feels durable. There are open slots for all the important functions. It is easy to slip the case on and off my phone in case I need to access the battery, SD or SIM cards.

A couple of small gripes. It is hard to access the sliding phone-lock button since it is hidden deep in the open slot. You have to press the camera button a little harder to start the function.

A necessity for such an expensive phone, the silicone case does make this phone a bit more bulky. Otherwise your 5800 is going to be well protected and looking good in this silicone case.

The case fit perfect. A silicone skin case is better than those hard plastic ones and for me I believe that is the best one for protect my Nokia 5800.

This is a good X6 protector. The thing i dont like is that its hard to point in the corners.

This is a pretty nice case. I got it to replace an Otterbox case I had previously, which got so stretched out (after going in and out of my jeans pockets for several months) that it was almost falling off the phone. This case is slimmer/thinner, so it's been holding up a lot better with my jeans pockets, plus all the openings are in the right place to provide a perfectly unobstructed cover for my phone.

The case fits, it works, it lasts. It won't crack or break and will protect the phone. The only minus is that the buttons are harder to access. And it makes your phone look like a brick.

For the price, you should not expect anything more. It's a cheap oversized case it does not stay tight is a little too wide.
