When baking with silicone keep in mind that cooking times may be slightly shorter and temperatures slightly less than with ordinary baking pans. Dishwasher safe.

I used this silicone pad on top of a cookie sheet for over 8 hours of non-stop Christmas cookie baking, and it worked great through it all without stopping to clean it off. This is an excellent product and I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to make baking easier. You just have to season it a little first with some oil, and then you're set to go. I wash mine by hand, because the dishwasher would remove the oil seasoning. The easiest way I have found for drying it is with a paper towel instead of trying to air-dry it, I've found that works best. You will not be dissapointed! :-)

This product is wonderful! The thickness of the silicone baking sheet keeps the bottoms of the baked items from getting too dark. I have baked cookies and english muffins and they never stick. It saves me a lot of time and money by not having to clean the pan for every batch or use parchment paper that gets thrown away. The Silicone baking sheet wipes clean easily and can be used over and over again.I would recommend this product to everyone. Thanks for a good quality product at a reasonable price.

My Silpat is on vacation,

Since a friend gave me a pair of the Silicone Solutions 12 x 16 Inch Baking Sheets, my Silpat sheets have had a well deserved vacation. Rather than unroll and use those on metal cookie sheets, I've enjoyed these for cookies, glazed nuts, and drip catching on the oven rack underneath oozing sweet potatoes. I've had no problem cleaning these and as long as I remember to grab the potholder before taking these out of the hot oven, I'm thrilled to use them often. This afternoon, I made a batch of delicious sweet and spicy pecans in my Back to Basics Nut Roaster and for the first time, I grabbed this sheet instead of the Silpat. It was perfect and all it took was a quick rinse and it was back in storage. I've used these much more than any other silicone baking pans I've purchased!
