I used this silicone pad on top of a cookie sheet for over 8 hours of non-stop Christmas cookie baking, and it worked great through it all without stopping to clean it off. This is an excellent product and I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to make baking easier. You just have to season it a little first with some oil, and then you're set to go. I wash mine by hand, because the dishwasher would remove the oil seasoning. The easiest way I have found for drying it is with a paper towel instead of trying to air-dry it, I've found that works best. You will not be dissapointed! :-)

This product is wonderful! The thickness of the silicone baking sheet keeps the bottoms of the baked items from getting too dark. I have baked cookies and english muffins and they never stick. It saves me a lot of time and money by not having to clean the pan for every batch or use parchment paper that gets thrown away. The Silicone baking sheet wipes clean easily and can be used over and over again.

I would recommend this product to everyone.

Since a friend gave me a pair of the Silicone Solutions 12 x 16 Inch Baking Sheets, my Silpat sheets have had a well deserved vacation. Rather than unroll and use those on metal cookie sheets, I've enjoyed these for cookies, glazed nuts, and drip catching on the oven rack underneath oozing sweet potatoes. I've had no problem cleaning these and as long as I remember to grab the potholder before taking these out of the hot oven, I'm thrilled to use them often. This afternoon, I made a batch of delicious sweet and spicy pecans in my Back to Basics Nut Roaster and for the first time, I grabbed this sheet instead of the Silpat. It was perfect and all it took was a quick rinse and it was back in storage. I've used these much more than any other silicone baking pans I've purchased!

Found this item and thought I'd give it a try. The first time I used it I noticed it had several small, rounded "humps" on it during the baking process at 375 Deg. F. Found this odd, so I checked it after it cooled down. It was flat again.

Put it back in the heated oven and again it slowly developed the "humps" as it heated up. It looks to be caused by material expansion that's not exactly equal. The higher the temp, the larger the "humps" They're not huge, but could cause items that tend to spread as they get hot, to spread even more. Not a major issue - just an observation.

The sheet is pretty thick and heavy so it looks like it will last a long time. All-in-all, it is probably worth the price.

As recommended, I used cooking spray the first time and now I just sponge them off when finished. I store them next to the cookie sheets so they stay flat, and they're always ready for a cookie session.

I ordered two of this same product three months ago and fell in love with the baking sheets. Easy to use, clean up, etc. So, I ordered two more in December 2011; same product from the same manufacturer/seller, for the same price. I thought I would get the exact same product. It was very disappointing to receive two silicone solutions 12x16 inch baking sheets - that were almost half of the thickness as the product I'd previously received. I paid the same but received cheaper products.

The baking sheet is a work saver, a perfect presentation for your cookies, an easy baking for whatever, no "sticky" solution to deal with, and you will never have to scrub your pans...and your cookies' tray is always new and easy to wash...I have other pots and the perfect bundt cake baker..this is the best since the wheel...(for us working women)....

It did not last, 5 months only. Become brittle and broke. Will no buy the item again.

mutlti purpose mat; well made; I use daily to stabalize mixing bowls, and other items; I understand this may be used on a baking sheet so cookies and the like will not stick.

The mat arrived on time and as expected. It does work wonders in the oven. It is going to save me a lot of trouble with things sticking and better than using foil and throwing it away all the time. The only thing I do not like is the size. It was very hard to find a pan for it to fit in. I didn't think it would be that difficult. I found a Wilton 12 x 16 pan and it fits but not completly flat since they are the same size. I wish I knew that before I ordered this one, I could have found a different size or one that maybe could be cut. This one may be able to be cut to fit but since it does not specify I am not going to mess with it.
