Silicone bakeware rules,

This review is from: SiliconeZone 8-1/2 Inch Square Cake Pan, Red (Kitchen)
It's particularly good for things like layer cakes and small items, that can be hard to get out of the pan. Flip it over and twist the opposite corners, and it falls right out - in one piece with no gouges from trying to wedge it out of the pan. Cleanup is very easy too.You should know a couple of things. First, the silicone is very slick, but you still need to grease the pan for baking. It's not as nonstick as teflon. Second, the pan is flexible, so you'll want to put it on a cookie sheet before filling, and bake with the pan resting on the cookie sheet.

Love this bakeware,

This makes baking so much easier, things just pop right out. The light weight and noiselessness of the product make this a real winner. Baking just keeps getting easier and easier. I have replaced all my bakeware possible with these silicone bakeware items. I love them.

Excellent pan. I especially like it for making an "upside down" cake or cornbread, they just pop right out onto a plate with no hassles!!!
