I just received this item and haven't had a chance to try it.

I just wanted to warn others to carefully check out the size. This pan is much smaller than a standard metal angel food pan. The description does says that it is 7 1/4 by 3 1/4.

SiliconeZone does make a larger pan that Amazon carries in yellow and it is 10 x 4 for only $2 more.
