This is a great CD. Former singer of The Temptations 1971-1975.

I'm a huge fan of The Temptations and have always been impressed by the voice of Damon Harris, who had a mountain to climb when he replaced Eddie Kendricks (and he did). His (lead) contributions in "Papa Was a Rolling Stone" , "Masterpiece" and many other gems were no less than terrific and I especially admire his lead in "Hurry Tomorrow" on the "Masterpiece" album.
This solo album from Damon Harris was released a couple years after his dismissal from the group. It is a sign of the times with somewhat predictable, but very nice disco numbers and fine ballads.
Some highlights: the disco numbers "It's Music" and "Ride On" are very, very good, as is the mid tempo number "Dish It Out" and I particularly like some of the slower numbers "Silk" and "I Fell in Love".
One big irritation, the last song on the CD, "My Love For You", is either badly remastered or badly produced. The fine voice of Damon suddenly seems 'processed' in some way, which really is annoying and actually a waste of such a fine voice.
In conclusion, this CD is highly enjoyable, but I think you either have to be a fan of the Temptations or the music of that particular time to purchase it. I am both, so I'm very pleased with it.

If you are a temptation fan, this is a must have.
