Utilizes proprietary Silky 4-RETSUME (Four Rows of Teeth) Technology. Teeth are set in such a way that there appears to be 4 rows of them. Ideal for toughest pruning jobs! The heavy duty blade with precision-ground, razor-sharp 5.5 teeth per inch is designed to cut on a pull stroke and provides fast, clean and extremely smooth cutting action. Superbly designed comfortable rubber hand grip absorbs vibration while cutting and provides excellent control over the full length of the saw. The hard chrome-plated blade resists rust and effects of tree resin, and wipes clean easily. Great combination of high performance blade with a comfortable sure-grip handle that really sticks in your hands. Exceptional design, strength, balance and superior finish quality. Comes with a custom black polypropylene sheath equipped with both ring and belt strap attachments that can be used on the left and right side and allow attachment to a tree saddle using carabiner. Ideal for the toughest pruning jobs! The large, comfortable hand grip on the Ibuki provides excellent control over the full length of the saw. The heavy duty 15-1/3" blade has 6.5 teeth per 1.2" which are designed to cut on the pull stroke for fast, efficient cutting. Included with the saw is a sheath which features a belt strap as well as a ring attachment that allows attachment to a tree saddle using a carabiner. Overall length: 24".

I volunteer as a section maintainer on the Appalachian Trail in North Carolina and use this saw to clear fallen trees. It makes short work of even dead and dry trees and has exceeded my expectaions in every way. It is light weight and tough as nails. I would recommend the Ibuki to anyone who is looking for a high quality, high performance pruning saw.

This saw isn't exactly a chainsaw, but it is fast. It seems to be best for branches up to 4 or 5 inches. The grip is comfortable and the holster is handy and well built. The only improvement I can think of is that the blade could be a little longer. Otherwise it's the best pruning saw you're likely to find.

This is the best saw ever. With very little effort i am able to take down a tree with a 4 inch diameter.
I would buy this product again. Keep it in the safty sheath as the teeth are super sharp.
