This folding pruning saw, Silky SUPER ACCEL 210 Large Teeth #119-21 has been very effective for my home-owner pruning tasks. I have a dozen or so trees (pin oak, red maple, american beech, black walnut, dogwood, sweetgum) and this saw has worked wonderfully on each one I've tried.

Now, I've only cut 20 or 30 branches with this, so I can't yet tell about the lifetime of the blade. It's certainly as sharp as ever right now.

Note that there are large- and small-tooth versions. Mine is the large-tooth for green wood.

Feels well made. Glad I got it!

The unit is made and is high quality. Only time will prove if it is worth more than under $20 version you can get @ the local Hardware store. They both work!
