Listen to the introduction once. Listen to side three, half and hour and you can de-stress and help yourself became a better person. I lost 30 pounds by listening to this faithfully... it is a great tool.

I'm an insomniac with perpetually tense, achy shoulders and lower back pains. I listen to the longer meditation side before bedtime and it relaxes me thoroughly. I use it in the mornings, too. I was a little skeptical when I bought it, which is why I bought tapes. I didn't want to spend all that money on the more expensive CD's (in case it sucked). However, it's really effective. The more you do it, the better it works. Also, even though some would think of it as pseudo-psychological mumbo jumbo or hypnotic suggestion that could only affect the soft in the head, it's actually a very ancient practice that's hinted at in the bible. Most people know about the Jaccob's Ladder, but don't know what that is. Around the world, there have been many cultures with stories and myths about gateways, stairways, and ladders to heaven or that angels and sages climb and descend. This isn't a hallucination, but a metaphor. The rungs of the ladder or the steps of the stairs are actually levels, in your mind, that you descend in order to get at a state in your subconscious of greatest creativity. So, I'd say, check it out. Peace.

The Silva Method saved my life at a time when it needed saving. It showed me how to hold a vision/goal and work towards it. It always worked when I applied the Silva Method.

I tried many techniques before that and none helped me to hold the vision/goal as well as the Silva Method did.

I still use it...and it is still working. I recommend this Book, CD or whatever you are using, It works.
