My husband recently had his pool table recovered in burgundy & did not want green or blue smudges. This is working wonderfully!

This product came on time, two of my chalk cubes had chipped corners but i can't complain. I was pretty happy it was just chalk even though i did pay 7.99 :/

I wanted to let others know that this chalk is NOT for use on classroom chalkboards, not if you want to get any work done. I wasn't entirely sure what I was buying, but I was desperate; my friend is a teacher, and with yet ANOTHER round of budget cuts that just went through, she could no longer afford to purchase this necessary supply. I figured I'd do her a solid and buy enough chalk to get her through the next round of layoffs/deathmatches...the price was a bit high, so I thought I'd be getting a case of the stuff.

Imagine my surprise when I got this tiny little box of brick-colored cubes that barely fit in your hand as you write, let alone show up on chalkboards that are some variant of green. I gave then to her anyways, but she just uses them as ammunition against the rowdier kids. The cubes seem to hold up well despite repeated impacts against small kids' heads.

In reality folks, it's billiard chalk. I did buy it for a friend, largely because she had just purchased a pool table for her home. The felt was the same color as the chalk, and as it would look rather bad when I or another one of her drunk friends smeared BLUE chalk on the felt, I figured it would just be smarter to go with the matching color. As for the quality? It's chalk! It works! It may taste terrible, or slightly better than unflavored liquid laxative, but you have to really suck to screw chalk up. Buy it! Or don't! But your friends with pool tables will hate you.
