Just a plastic, star shaped toy police badge - silver in appearance. The back has a clip from the same material with some difficulty opening it up. There is black coloring in places in the back as if spray painted, but no one sees the back so it's no problem.

The tab in the back breaks very easily. Maybe it'll work better if you hot glue a safety pin to the back when it breaks.

Got these for my son's Toy Story birthday party. They are for decoration only. They wouldn't clip onto the shirts which is why we got them.
