Purchased this item as a gift. It arrived without any damage, and compressed for easy transportation. The bed is soft, but firm. I can not believe how good of a deal this is. I strongly recommend this mattress in any size they offer.

After a day of looking for memory foam mattresses and almost spending thousands of dollars (not including tax and transportation), I found this mattress online. The order was placed Monday night and it was recieved Friday morning of that same week! (We are talking about the week of Thanksgiving!) With the low price and free shipping it was worth a try. I still cannot tell a difference between this mattress and the thousand dollar ones at the mall. It has helped greatly with sleep and back problems. I really would recommend this product to anyone!

there wasnt many reviews on this bed so i figured it needed another good review. it was hard to choose this bed because there werent many reviews and i rely on reviews for a product like this. and i can say i am very pleased and happy with this mattress. i have slept in it a few time but it was actually meant for my son who is 3 and he loves it and i do as well. its really comfortable i have a 12 inch memory foam from walmart which i love but this 10 inch is awesome it is actually softer and its only a 10 inch. it does have a smell to it when you get it but it just takes time to get rid of the smell i think it took about 2 good weeks for it to finally go away. i know it has a 10 year warranty so all im hoping is that it will last 10 years and if i get a longer life out of it that will be great. one other thing i also had a few people stay over for a few nights and they slept on the mattress and they said they loved it.

I sleep great on this mattress. I wouldn't say that memory foam mattresses are really that much more comfortable than a standard mattress, but I will say that I can sleep in positions that I would not have slept in before. Also the fact that this mattress comes in compressed form is actually a great thing. The box is not all that big, and its not too heavy either. This mattress goes great with a bed fram that doesnt require a box spring. box springs suck and they always end up being noisy.

The 10-inch deluxe memory foam mattress is a fabulous deal and the seller ships very quickly. I agree with many other reviews; the mattress does smell of latex paint, even after allowing it to air out for two days before use. It is somewhat unpleasant, but diminishes over time.
The mattress provides a good night's sleep. If you have terrible back issues and are accustomed to waking up in pain do not expect the mattress to perform miracles, but I can say I wake up with less significantly stiffness than I did with an inner spring mattress. And this makes me happy.
Neither my husband or myself, who are both tall and lean, sink very deeply into the mattress. I have not experienced any sink holes while sleeping, but a person of the same weight in a more compact space may. Sink holes do occur when two people occupy the same space, for non sleeping purposes, but this is not a hindrance to any activity. The mattress remains very quiet on these occasions. Fair warning--this mattress makes babies happen.

after sleeping on both a pillow top mattress that always got ruts in it and an ultra-firm mattress so stiff I'd actually ache in the morning, I figured I'd give memory foam a shot.

I chose two-day shipping(w/Prime) and it showed up next day. Packaging was a bit difficult to slice open without cutting the foam, but I was careful. It immediately began to expand and seemed to be full size in a few hours as opposed to 2 days like the instructions suggest.

There's been some smell coming from it that hasn't quite dissipated from the room yet and it's been almost a week. Unfortunately with 9-degree weather when I received this opening a window for a few hours is not in the cards. It is definitely not as strong as it was initially and I'm hopeful it goes away completely soon.

So, on to actually sleeping on it.

I first laid down and realized it is not as soft as I hoped it would be. Someone who has a tempurpedic said it was softer than theirs, and the cost was significantly better too since they paid over $1600.

I was disappointed, but I gave it a shot anyway. For the first time in months I slept soundly all the way through the night, and my usual routine in the morning is getting out of bed and cracking my back and neck. I think with this mattress I've done it once, and it barely cracked unlike the usual snap-crackle-pop I'd have many times a day. It has done WONDERS for me in that regard!

After a week, I still sleep soundly on it, and either i'm getting used to it or it has softened a bit, but it no longer seems quite so hard, and my back and neck are better than they have been in over 10 years and several mattress types.

We bought this about fifteen months ago and it feels the same as it did on day one.

My wife was complaining about back pain and is very picky and she loves this bed. The memory foam makes it a lot easier to sleep in that it gives you more comfortable positions. It seems like with our old spring mattress that there were only a few positions that were comfortable, with this there are many.

It comes rolled up and may require a bit of effort to get it flattened out but mine didn't smell. I read several reviews claiming it smelled bad but I didn't experience that.

I rated the mattress low only because of the smell. After years of working with urethane foams I can easily detect what the smell is. It is very strong and if you are sensitive to chemical smells I'd say buy something else. After 3 weeks it is finally starting to dissipate. My wife could not be in the room with it because it was that strong and the whole upstairs smelled just like it.

As far as the bed goes if you are a back sleeper you will probably enjoy the support. If you are a side sleeper get something with less density. This mattress is FIRM not plush. I will say that my back does feel better than it has in years but the foam is so dense that my legs don't sink into it the way my body does. This is the only uncomfortable part of it. If I were to order another one I'd get the 3 LB foam instead of the 5 LB.

My mattress was made in China but shipped from Phoenix. It took about 5 days. Arrived rolled up in a plastic sleeve undamaged. Had four plastic straps around it as well. It weighs about 75 lbs and took a day to reinflate on it's own. The UPS driver stopped here first because of the...wait for it...smell!

It is a great product, but it does really stink. I haven't figured how to stop that. other than that, It's a great product!

I have had this item for about 2 months and I love it, it is the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on. I already had a 4" memory foam topper that I had been using with my old mattress that I have now put on top of this one. All I can say is WOW! I count the minutes before I can lay back down and take a nap, surf the web, do anything on this bed.
