I read the dimensions of this case before I bought it, and was still stunned to see how big it was! Not a bad thing, just surprising.
The internal layout of this case is simple and good; had no issues with routing and set up. The external presentation of the case is sublime; just a good looking, unassuming, tasteful case for my media shelf. The blue led light burned a hole right through my hallway wall to the kitchen, and melted some dishes on the otherside... kk not really but dang that light is bright!

Great Case. The only reason I gave it a four was because of the annoying HD light.
Pros: - Two 5 inch slots in the front were huge for me. Difficult to find two on top of each other on a HTPC case. - Plenty of room to work and fits everything I needed and then some. Cons: - HD access light is blue and very obtrusive for a HTPC. Disconnected light and all is good.

Picked this up for a build for my wife. Took a really long time to pull the trigger. I went back and forth on whether or not to go even smaller, with an ITX only case. Very pleased I went with this. The build was smooth with no snags. The case is small, but not difficult to work with. I had a spare modular power supply (strongly suggest something modular) and it fit just fine. A standard psu size was one of the big selling points for me, along with being able to use a standard dvd drive. I also like the motherboard sitting flat on the case floor. I really recommend picking up 2 80mm fans for ventilation out the top (I splurged and picked up 2 Noctuas) . I am still debating on whether to get more clever with additional fans or not. It is surprisingly quiet considering open ventilation on both sides. In fact, the only truly noticeable noise comes from the 8800 GT (single slot card) when the fan goes nuts during games.
For what it is worth, here are the components for the pc which has been running smoothly for about a month now: -mATX P55M-UD2 Gigabyte 1156 motherboard -Core i5 750 Intel cpu -MSI 8800 GT -Thermaltake 700w modular psu -dvd drive (think it is an LG) -640 GB Western Digital HD
