So, i had been a guitar player for a number of years before i decided to pick up the bass. Being short on cash, i naturally went for the cheapest one i could find.I eventually came to the Silvertone Revolver bass. i thought it would just be a crummy learner guitar for the price, but boy was i wrong! I now have three different basses, and i consistently find myself coming back to this one. if you're a beginner, or even an expert, i would definitely suggest this bass!

This bass was the first bass I ever bought and it is just amazing for the price you get it for. I Would never sell this bass it is my bass baby and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to start playing bass. Also get a pack of Ernie Ball strings for it to make it sound even more amazing!

I've played guitar for many years and was looking for bass to just have fun with. This bass fit the bill. This is my second Silvertone product,but my first bass. It's full size with surprisingly good quality and decent tone for the price. If you're a pro (or think you are) don't bother, but if you're a beginner or someone looking for a decent bass at a great price you could do a lot worse than the Silvertone Revolver.

It's my first bass, so i cant really compare to anything else. I love it, sounds and looks like a bass. Must buy for anybody wanting to learn how to play like this: [...].

I bought this for my son as a gift. He is an avid electric guitar learner and thought this would be a great low cost way to introduce him to the bass guitar.
The bass is well made and definitely good value. I am sure you can buy better bass guitars for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars more. But if you want to learn and play bass on a budget, this is the guitar for you.

I have played guitar for 4 years and decided to play bass for my band so I chose silvertone from a recommendation by a friend. The action on the frets is smooth and similar to much more expensive basses. Only complaint is it comes with crappy twangy strings. Highly recommend this bass.

Bought this bass guitar for my son. He loves it. Service was fast with no hassles. Packaging looked great when product arrived. Would highly recommend this shipper.

When I received this bass guitar, my first impression was that it was a real bass guitar not a toy!. When I first saw the price for this bass here on amazon I was thinking that it will be like a toy or a really bad bass guitar but, believe me, this is a really good bass for beginners, it sounds just great!.

Pros:

-Great sound for the price
-Nice looking
-A 1:1 scale bass (not a toy!)
-Comes with an audio cable to plug it directly to your amp!


Cons:

-The strap that is included with this bass guitar is not so comfortable to use, I recommend to buy another like a planet waves padded strap for maximun comfort.


Conclusion: If you need a bass guitar to learn how to play, this is a must buy for you!

This is a great bass for what you pay for it. It's obviously a cheap bass guitar but it did better than I expected. When I bought it, it was on sale for less than 100 bucks. Looks great. Sounds pretty sweet too. If you're loaded you should definitely buy a nicer one. But I bought it as a starter bass as a gift for a younger brother, so I wasn't going to spend a lot. It's great, he has fun with it.

I've also had bad experiences with austin bazaar so I'm glad there was a different company that had cheap instruments that actually arrived in a functional state.

5 stars because it was cheap, and relative to it's cost it's great, arrived at or before i expected it to, and hasn't broken.

I purchased this for my teenage daughter and she likes it. Its a good beginner bass guitar. Love the style and color!
