Hi I'm Rachael, This guitar is so beautiful. It's even nicer than the picture. I love it so much. It was packaged very well and came out of the box still smelling like finish. It's very sturdy and comes with everything a beginner needs: chord chart, digital tuner, picks, a nice bag and strap. I love this guitar - I even took it to a music store and the guy said it was a great guitar and for 90$ it was a steal. He also said it had a very cool sound and said he was going to buy one lol. This is a great guitar for ANYONE and for a first guitar I couldnt ask for more. It's crafted perfectly and there are no flaws in the finish. I would definetly reccommend this guitar to everyone. I know its tempting when you see all theses 30$ guitars on here but I promise that you wont regret it if you spend a few extra dollars and get this one.

I purchased this guitar about a year ago for a weekend hiking/camping trip and didn't want to take my $800 guitar. You can imagine why. I was suprised by the tone, as it sounds decent (but not perfect) and is very easy to play. I am an avid hiker/camper and I take this guitar wherever I go. I have dropped it several times and one time it was strapped to my back pack going up the Sierra Nevadas when i slipped and landed on my back. I thought for sure i would turn and look and see a pile of wood behind me. And I didnt even want to check and see how much damage there was. But to my luck, it sustained minor damages (a small hole in the body and several large scratches) and still plays till this day.
One thing I always had trouble with was keeping it in tune, but I couldnt tell if it was from the craftmanship of the guitar, or simply the climate I was traveling in. But for such a cheap price I am more than willing to give it the care it deserves (Ok , I totally abuse it ). This was one of the best investments I have ever made! In fact I'm thinking about getting a new one, all the holes in it is starting to bug me. But who knows, maybe it will last another year!

This is the first guitar I've ever learned to play on. I had no idea what to look for in a guitar, so I just went on here and bought one that seemed good.I later found out, that it's not good to buy a guitar online without seeing it in person or playing on it first. My guitar teacher said it's an average guitar. The sound quality is okay but it's not amazing. I enjoy playing it but the strings are a little high off the neck so it's harder to bar chords. Be aware that if you stick with this instrument you may need to upgrade.

When we received the guitar we were surprized at the overall quality of the package. The sound is excellent and very easy to play. This is absolutely the best deal not only for beginners but for the seasoned player as well.

Bought for my son who is a beginner. So far, nothing but many praise from himself and his instructor.

The sound was good. However you'll have to adjust the bridge, it's too low for the first and six string to vibrate. The strings' quality was medium. Nice, but not excellent.

Reasonable investment to see if my child really wants to learn to play. If not, it's a nice resale item. If so, she can buy her next good one.

I bought this guitar because as a beginnger set, it is excellent. It comes with a chord chart (which to me isn't all that useful), a string tuner, three or four solid-colored picks, and a guitar strap (that I have yet to figure out how to put on).
After reading some of the bad reviews, I was worried about the condition my guitar would arrive in. But it came without a scratch, already in its case. The strings are fine and play fine--the only complaint I have is that the sound quality of the guitar isn't up to par. It exhibits a very loud, shrill, tangy sound, especially on the higher strings. This may be just because it's a metal string guitar and I'm used to nylon, but I think the sound is pretty bad. The guitar is also very loud, and that may also be the effect of its metal strings.
As a beginner guitar set, I strongly recommend this. It is well-equipped, well-assembled and at a surprisingly low price. The only thing left to buy is a beginner guitar book. Have fun with your guitar!

I bought this guitar for my son for Christmas and it is now August and the guitar is coming unglued. He has taken very good care of the guitar. He puts it back in the case and sets it on the stand when not it use. He got it out of the case today to play and was in tears because the glue had come on undone where the strings are attached to the guitar. I would definately save your money and put it toward a more expensive guitar which we now have to go buy.

Ok so I read through all the reviews on this guitar before I ordered it and was amazed at how some people rated it so low, they obviously were expecting a Gibson or or higher order of guitar. Mine so far appears to be fine...its holding tune, the tone is very nice and loud. The body is solidly made and the finish is excellent, Yes it will need better strings as most guitars do and well for you Guitar Geschtoppo Nuts out there as with anyone else its a matter of preference and taste in the brand and style of string you put on you guitar. Also I tested the electronic tuner against electronic tones and it worked exactly as it should have and didnt get effected much by background noise. So for all you beginners out there this is a perfect model to start out on for a darned good price.
