Without the Guide and Strategy Book, I could not have played or understood this game. I found it necessary as it walks you through the strategic considerations of creating a city. SimCity Societies and the old or previous Sim City which we all are familiar with, have many differences. This game guide shows the way as an easy read and plots out how to combine and strategize your city creation.

I think all these guides are very useful to know the resources of the games.
And this is a way to know all the things you could do with the game, you can see pictures, you can read explanations...
I think it's worthy.

I really thought this supplemental book would help me play the game, but it's more like a list with little explanation. Maybe I need to spend more time with it, but so far it's not as helpful as other Prima Game Guides I've used.

If you play this game, you need this book because of all the changes to the game. It will help you alot . trust me on this.

I don't know why they even bothered writing this game guide because the information included in it is all readily available in the game itself. I buy game guides to learn new things, hidden things, cheat codes, etc. that aren't easily found in the game itself. There's very little of that here. Either this game is clearly completely self-explanatory or this guide failed to reveal it's secrets. Either way, save your money and use it to buy another game or expansion pack.

This book is the best. It tells you and shows you how to do anything you want in the game. I love it

This game didn't invite me in like previous titles. I bought the help book to see if I was missing clues or ideas to help with game play. It is fun - but other games have pushed SimCity Societies to the background.

I got my guide before my game.........so I was really excited when the game arrived. The game guide was easy to understand, well laid out, and had me excited to get started. Its the first game guide Ive purchased, and was so glad I did.

This is horrible, waaay not worth what I paid for it. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone that likes SimCity 4!

This kind of games are interesting because let you use you imagination with no limits.
