Didn't help me..
I sleep with a CPAP at night, and I will frequently get stuffed up. I tried this spray for a week and it did not improve my congestion. No side effects were experienced with it.

I had been on the most powerful prescription steroids for both my sinuses and lungs, as well as, prescription antihistamines to address the root cause of my serious asthma condition -- POST NASAL DRIP (PND). Sinus Relief is the only remedy that lists PND as a symptom. Read the fine print in your allergy med insert -- you won't find PND as a symptom that it is designed to treat. And, it has been THE ONLY remedy that instantly stops the pesky dripping and clears my nasal congestion. Both my sinus issues and asthma have dramatically improved. I have since recommended this product to over 20 friends and family members with a 100% success rate! What can I say. . TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.
