When it gets cold, the furnace kicks on, and the air dries out. So do my sinuses. (I've had sinus surgery; my sinuses are EVIL - they get dry & very uncomfortable.) I've used other Similisan products, and decided to try this spray to moisturize my nasal passages. IT WORKS.
I'm sure there's some medical explanation; I don't care. I use the Similisan Sinus Relief Spray before I go to bed. I breathe easier, and my husband says I snore much less. We were BOTH distressed when the bottle ran out! So I'm getting some more. It Really Does Work. Update - I managed to lose about 43lbs, so I hardly snore with the Similisan. It is jus such a great product.

I have used Similasan Sinus Relief Nasal Spray before I placed an order online. I truly love this product. Even during the extremely heavy pollen season, I remained clog-free. Similasan's Ear ache relief worked very well for us, and saved us a lot of sleepless nights. The sinus relief worked less well for my son, I found another homeopathic concoction that seems to be clearing his nose faster. But homeopathic remedies affect everyone differently, depending on our specific constitution. So I still think this is very much worth a try for everyone who is looking for sinus relief.
