There is an indention where I sleep, despite rotating the mattress every couple of months. The indention is on both sides of the bed.

We have the same problem with depressions on our mattress, that appeared about 6 months after purchase. Simmons is aware of the problem, as they have accounted for it in their warranty - stating depressions under 2" are not covered. Check [...] and you'll find numerous other reviewers who have had the same problem and other issues rectifying the problem due to Simmons poor customer service.

If you value your sleep, I would look somewhere other than Simmons.

This is the worst mattress ever. Simmons is not a manufacturer you would like to purchase from. So save your money while you can and purchase a mattress that won't fail on you less than 3 years.

Mattress has completely collapsed on one side. Simmons will not warranty the mattress due to a 4 inch grape juice stain on the complete opposite end of a king size mattress. Waste of $2,000. Unethical behavior in a large company like Simmons.
