Farewell To Fat,

Ok, this video did work pretty good, and i am happy that i tried it, but the preppy mood he was in the whole time (as in all of his videos) was very annoying, because of the fact that i was trying to get a good workout, sweating and struggling, and he was making it sound like its easy as my ABCs to do this! But, otherwise, this was great video, and i did lose weight on it- along with eating healthy! I do recommend this video to others trying to lose weight safely! Thank you
