I liked this book. It tells the story of 2 men who took different routes there, but helped a team win a Super Bowl. No offense to Mr. Simms, but the part I really enjoyed was Mr. McConkey's story. Graduated from the US Naval Academy, served in the US Navy, and only after eyesight problems prevented him from remaining an aviator he tried out to play Pro Football. He was considered too old and too slow, yet still had 2 receptions for 50 yards in a Super Bowl. And according to Bill Parcells could "catch punts in a rock slide". It's a great story for a sports fan.
