5.0 out of 5 stars Simple and Powerful, October 5, 2010
This review is from: Simple Wisdom for the Not So Simple Business World-International book Award-Best Business/Motivational book of 2010 (Paperback)
Don't let the word "Simple" in the title throw you off. The concepts Lynda describes in her book are simple but they are also extremely powerful. Lynda describes step by step how to create a more harmonious, happy and productive work environment. After doing just a few of the suggestions in the book my office took on a more energetic feel. I would recommend Simple Wisdom to everyone that works in an office and wants to feel more connected and excited about their work.

This book is packed with great ideas for helping to make the day to day grind easier to manage. Yes, we have deadlines to meet, bosses to impress, competition to address, all creating untold stress. So why can't we find easy ways to work soulfully, that not only benefits us as hardworking individuals, but also influences and benefits our work environment and our employer? These techniques are nothing but a win-win. Employers continually look for ways to improve morale and productivity. So why not encourage staff to implement some of the techniques noted in this book? No doubt they will not only provide an opportunity for greater personal fulfillment, but ultimately greater success in the workplace. Win-win.
