This book is about love. As you read the descriptions of Aruvedic personality & body types, you find your perfect reflection personified. The reverence for food preparation, choice, and content provides food for thought as well as a balance for one's body. Simple dishes nourish the spirit, as do the recipes contained therein. A book that has opened my awareness to consciously tune into not only the energy of food but to also be ever aware of the consciousness that I bring to food preparation. Great vegetarian recipes, easy to follow and so far always delicious!
