I have many raw food and vegan cookbooks, and this is one of my favorites. The recipes are delicious, easy, and quick to prepare. Shopping for the recipes is also economical and easy. Also, the few pages of bulleted notes prior to the recipes are conscise and very helpful. I highly recommend this book, especially for those new to vegan.

I purchased this book after being diagnosed with wheat intolerance. I am still struggling with day to day eating. This book has helped me with a resource to go to when I need help planning a meal. I love this book is spiral bound and wish more cookbooks were. Amazons shipping is always great

A wonderful cookbook. Easy to use with simple, yet satisfying dishes throughout. Highly recommended if you want a cookbook that uses wholesome ingredients and emphasizes nutrition and wellness. Unfortunately, no photos of the dishes.
