The instructions in this book explain nothing about how or why the antenna(s) works. It just tells you how long to cut each wire and how to connect it. Want to build one of the antennas on a different frequency? Well tough luck. They never mention the formulas needed to figure out the wire lengths. It's their frequency or the highway. It's strange how they NEVER mention the formulas needed. It's like the ARRL thought we couldn't handle simple math. So yeah, this book was insulting and pretty useless if your goal is education. Bad purchase.

Good reading. I learned some things and I'll try some projects as well. This is for new hams as well as for seasoned operators. I recommend it.
