14 great to knit, great to wear scarves. Pretty little neckwarmers, long scarves, fringed scarves and one small capelet as well as one design for men. Unusual patterns - some thought has gone into the design. Should be a hit.

Scarves are great.... patterns are complex. I wouldn't recommend this book for beginners.

Otherwise, 5 stars.

If you are beginning, select a beautiful yarn, and showcase it with an interesting pattern (a 3/2 rib can be very nice), and you'll learn the basics without stressing over complex patterns. You can make it as long/short as you wish, and your introduction to knitting will be pleasant!

Enjoy!

I loved the patterns in this book. It was easy to follow and understand. I have read through the patterns but I have not actually knit one yet but look forward to knitting one in the near future.

I was looking for new approaches to knitting projects and this book delivers. Different yarn weights in innovative looks. I immediately ordered some yarns to give a couple of patterns a try.

The selections range from novice to intermediate. I only wish that the styles are more up-to-date for fashionista. I will probably make 2 of the selection
