Loved Everything but the Ingredient List
This cookbook is beautifully laid out, has gorgeous pictures, great hints/tips and a really good variety of recipes. Unfortunately, many of them require specifically Italian ingredients not readily available in my area. Bresaola, pancetta, radicchio and various Italian cheeses are all wonderful, but I can't always get them here and when I can they're pretty expensive...

This cookbook is beautifully laid out, has gorgeous pictures, great hints/tips and a really good variety of recipes. Unfortunately, many of them require specifically Italian ingredients not readily available in my area. Bresaola, pancetta, radicchio and various Italian cheeses are all wonderful, but I can't always get them here and when I can they're pretty expensive.
The recipes themselves look simple and delectable, but ultimately how useful this cookbook will be to you depends largely on ingredient availability in your area and your personal food budget.

it was only ok. I have many italian cookbooks so that may be why this didn't add too much to my repertoire.
