Alison Krauss' "Simple Love" is for all of the mellow music fans out there! This track has a light country flavor without being overdone. Personally, I don't like country, but I LIKE this track! I've had it on my iPod play list ever since I downloaded.

I actually downloaded this tune for my wife (who likes country), but when I heard it I liked it so much that I kept a copy of it for myself.

This reminiscing tune features a woman and her memories of a loving and hard working father who needed little more than his family for fulfillment and happiness.

Krauss' vocals are clear and fresh, and the backup music is light and lets Krauss's voice shine through.

This is a 5-star offering for fan of mellow country music (and even some of us that don't dabble in country all that often).

I've been following Alison's career forever. I believe she is one of the most humble/loving women around today. I have never heard a bad song come out of her mouth. She rules.
